Our Warranty

Conditions

1. Keep to your prescribed regular continuing care appointments with our office -with no appointments varying more than 30 days from the recommended schedule.

2. Keep your account in good standing.

3. Have all ideal, recommended dental treatments performed at our office.

4. This warranty does not include damage to teeth or dental prosthesis caused by trauma, accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use (biting non-food items, grinding, clenching, etc.).

About Our Warranty

Our dental team is proud of the quality of our dentistry and the durability of our treatments. We want to correct your dental issues, however, we also want to help you prevent dental problems in the future, saving you time and money.

The long-term success of our dental treatments depends, in part, on the patient’s level of care for their teeth and gums, which includes: continuing home care, regular dental exams, and cleanings. (The specific products and treatments recommended depend on each individual).

Composite Bonding of Fillings

For composite (tooth coloured) bonding or fillings, we will replace or repair the filling, provided the failed or broken filling was done at our practice within a 2 year period of the initial filling.

Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, Onlays, and Porcelain Veneers

If these restorations fracture with normal use within a period of five years from the date of initial placement, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost, provided the failed or broken crown was done at our practice. Patients need to obtain and wear a night guard, after receiving any of the above treatments, for the five-year warranty to remain valid.

Implants

In the event of an implant rejection within 24 months of placement, a replacement implant would be offered “at cost”, approximately $500.00 per post, provided the Implant was started and completed at our practice. If there is a second rejection, implant treatment will be discontinued and the patient and the doctor will discuss and consider other treatment options.
